Goldline Pre-Order Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing Goldline. To ensure a smooth purchasing experience, please read the following terms that apply to all pre-order products.
1. Pre-Order Products
Products marked as Pre-Order are not currently available for immediate dispatch. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving stock from an upcoming shipment.
2. Estimated Arrival
Any estimated arrival or availability date provided by Goldline is an estimate only. While we make every effort to meet these timeframes, arrival dates may change due to manufacturing schedules, international shipping, customs clearance, freight delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Should there be any significant changes to the expected arrival date, we will keep you informed.
3. Stock Allocation
Pre-orders are allocated on a first-paid, first-served basis. Your order is secured once payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
4. Payment
Full payment is required to reserve your pre-order unless otherwise agreed in writing by Goldline.
5. Dispatch
Once the product has arrived at our warehouse and successfully completed our quality inspection process, your order will generally be dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Please note that dispatch times are separate from courier delivery times.
6. Delivery
Delivery timeframes begin only after your order has been dispatched and will vary depending on your delivery location and the courier service.
7. Delays
Although Goldline works closely with our suppliers and freight partners to minimise delays, circumstances beyond our control may affect arrival dates.
We recommend not scheduling installation or booking trades until your appliance has been delivered, as Goldline cannot accept responsibility for costs arising from shipment or delivery delays.
8. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to make changes to your order or request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible.
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. If Goldline is unable to supply your product within a reasonable timeframe, or if a significant delay occurs, you may request a full refund.
9. Product Updates
From time to time, manufacturers may make minor improvements or specification updates to their products. Where applicable, Goldline reserves the right to supply the updated model provided it is of equal or greater value and performance.
10. Installation Process
All gas cooktops and other applicable appliances must be installed by a suitably qualified and licensed installer in accordance with Australian regulations and the manufacturer’s installation instructions.
Improper installation may affect product performance, safety, and warranty coverage.
11. Product Dimensions and Installation Suitability
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the appliance they purchase is suitable for their intended installation space. We strongly recommend checking your existing benchtop cut-out dimensions, cabinetry, clearances, gas and electrical requirements against the product specifications provided by Goldline before placing your order.
Goldline provides accurate product dimensions and installation specifications for all appliances. Goldline is not responsible for products that do not fit existing cut-outs, cabinetry, or installation conditions where the published product specifications have been correctly provided.
If you are replacing an existing appliance, we recommend consulting your installer or builder prior to purchase to confirm compatibility and ensure the appliance is suitable for your installation.
12. Warranty
Your Goldline appliance is covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty is provided in addition to your rights and remedies under Australian Consumer Law.
13. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
These terms are intended to provide clear expectations for pre-orders and installations and do not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
